We asked The Mighty Allsorts to play at our Christmas Party, as we wanted a lively ball to get everyone out of their shells a bit... And the band didn't disappoint! People barely let up dancing all night – and the band's rendition of “Relight my Fire” went down a storm with almost everyone. The Mighty Allsorts demonstrated not only their great musicianship skills but also impressed with their flexibility at being able to entertain a group of youngsters for a whole evening!

The Mighty Allsorts put together a great set-list for our wedding reception. Classics such as “Blame it on the Boogie” and “Car Wash” had practically all the guests dancing for most of the evening. Finishing with “Relight my Fire” was a stroke of genius and had the guests literally dancing out of the venue. We would highly recommend hiring The Mighty Allsorts for your wedding reception – they are totally professional and can cater to your individual requirements – but the reason we loved them so much is that they just know what to do to get your guests on the dancefloor! We had the band play for our wedding, playing during dinner and then kicking off the dancing. The music was great – familiar jazz and blues covers without being too cheesy! They created a great atmosphere and got everyone – from the grannies to the kiddies - on the dance floor.
